OPEN NET-PEN TRANSITION PLAN WORKSHOPS – Session #1
We are inviting you to attend the Open Net-Pen Transition Plan workshops.
The FNFC is convening First Nations in BC to gather feedback about the development of the Transition Plan. In light of the diverse opinions, it is critical to support First Nations across BC in convening and communicating with each other to better understand and share the different perspectives on the transition. To facilitate this exchange of ideas, the FNFC is convening First Nations in BC through regional workshops.
- Both workshops will have a Tier 1 (First Nations only) and Tier 2 (w/DFO) portions, followed by a Tier 1 debrief.
- These workshops will lay the foundation for the next workshops that will take place in January 2023.
