OPEN NET-PEN TRANSITION PLAN WORKSHOPS – SESSION #3
We are inviting you to attend the Open Net-Pen Transition Plan workshops.
The FNFC is convening First Nations in BC to gather feedback about the development of the Transition Plan. In light of the diverse opinions, it is critical to support First Nations across BC in convening and communicating with each other to better understand and share the different perspectives on the transition. To facilitate this exchange of ideas, the FNFC is convening First Nations in BC through regional workshops.
The first two workshops took place in 2022 in Nanaimo (November 29th ) and Kamloops (December 1st) and laid the foundation for the workshops that will take place this month. This is the 3rd workshop which will occur in Chilliwack (January 17th). The final workshop will be virtual (January 26th, separate registration). Each workshop will be Tier 1 (First Nations only). The workshops will be facilitated by Ms. Michelle Corfield. Please note the Chilliwack workshop on January 17 is in-person only. Catering will be provided for registered participants.
